Returns the list of NeuraCharge BTM locations in the IESO market accessible to the calling API key. Each location includes address, organization, IESO zone, current grid power and load power in kW, the number of connected assets, and total asset storage capacity in kWh. The lastUpdated timestamp indicates when the location's power readings were last refreshed. Use this endpoint to discover which facilities are available before querying assets, telemetry, or control endpoints.
